Policies
The agreement between you and us when you use this site or place an order.
These terms govern your use of fluxpeptides.co and any order you place through it. The site is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], Canada. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
You may only place an order if you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory, you are ordering in the course of legitimate laboratory research, and you are qualified and equipped to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully. By placing an order you represent that all three are true.
Everything sold on this site is supplied strictly as a research material for laboratory use. The products are not drugs, medicines, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. They have not been approved by Health Canada or any comparable authority for human or veterinary use, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
Nothing on this site is medical, veterinary or scientific advice. Product descriptions summarise published research context only. See the disclaimer for the full statement.
You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:
We may refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion, where we believe it may be intended for a prohibited use.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send confirmation that the order has been dispatched. We may decline an order for any lawful reason, including stock availability, suspected fraud, a pricing error, or concerns under section 4. If we decline after payment, we refund in full.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated. We take care with pricing, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price. We will contact you before doing so.
Payment is taken at checkout through [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method supplied. Orders are not prepared for dispatch until payment clears.
Delivery estimates are set out in the shipping policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery to the address you provided. From that point you are responsible for correct storage, handling, use and disposal.
Returns are governed by the returns policy and refunds by the refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is lawful for you to purchase, possess and use in your jurisdiction and under your institution's rules, for handling it safely, for any risk assessment or ethics approval your work requires, and for disposing of unused material lawfully.
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at fluxpeptides@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
The content of this site, including text, images, layout and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. You may keep copies of pages for your own internal reference.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit, or loss arising from any use of a product outside its intended laboratory research purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, in particular any use of a product contrary to section 4.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [PROVINCE] and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of [PROVINCE] have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring proceedings in your own province under consumer protection law.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it. The date above shows the latest revision.
