Ordering, shipping, testing, storage and returns. If your question is not here, email us and we will answer it.

Products and testing

What exactly am I buying?

Lyophilised research compounds in sealed vials, supplied for laboratory use. They are not drugs, supplements, foods or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. See the disclaimer for the full position.

How is purity verified?

Each batch is assayed by high-performance liquid chromatography against a minimum 99.0% purity specification. Batches below specification are not released for sale.

Can I get documentation for my batch?

Yes. Email fluxpeptides@gmail.com with your order number and the batch identifier printed on the vial label, and we will send the analysis for that batch.

What does the mg figure on the listing mean?

It is the mass of lyophilised peptide in the vial before reconstitution. It is not a dose, and we do not publish dosing information of any kind.

Do you synthesise in-house?

No. We source from established manufacturers, verify what arrives against our specification, and take responsibility for storage and handling from that point. We are direct about this because it affects how you should read our purity figures: they describe verification, not manufacture.

Ordering and payment

Who can order?

You must be at least the age of majority in your province and ordering in the course of legitimate laboratory research. Placing an order confirms both. See the terms of service.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is processed at checkout by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]. We accept [ACCEPTED METHODS]. We never see or store your full card number.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. All prices are in CAD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email fluxpeptides@gmail.com as soon as you can with your order number. If it has not yet been handed to the carrier we can amend or cancel it and refund in full. Once in transit it falls under the returns policy.

Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?

Yes. Email fluxpeptides@gmail.com with the compound, quantity and timeframe and we will come back with availability and pricing.

Shipping

Where do orders ship from?

From within Canada, so domestic orders do not pass through customs and are not subject to import duties.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes [X] business day(s), then transit is typically [1-2] business days to Ontario and Quebec and longer to western, Atlantic and northern destinations. Full estimates are on the shipping page.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. Outer packaging carries no description of the contents.

Do you ship with cold packs?

Not as standard. Lyophilised material is stable at ambient temperature for normal domestic transit times. If your protocol requires cold-chain shipping, contact us before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is [AVAILABLE / NOT AVAILABLE]. Where offered, you are the importer of record and responsible for duties and for compliance with your country's rules on research materials.

My tracking has not updated. What now?

If there has been no movement for [X] business days, email us and we will open a carrier trace. Outcomes for lost parcels are covered in the refund policy.

Storage and handling

How should I store material on arrival?

Keep lyophilised peptides at minus 20 degrees Celsius, protected from light, and refrigerate or freeze promptly after delivery. Handling notes are included with every order.

How long does material last once reconstituted?

Considerably less time than in lyophilised form, and it varies by compound and diluent. Consult the literature for the specific compound. We cannot advise on protocols.

My vial arrived at room temperature. Is it compromised?

Lyophilised material tolerates ambient transit for the durations we ship within, which is why we do not use coolant as standard. If a parcel was delayed well beyond the estimate, or arrived visibly damaged, contact us within the window in the returns policy.

Do you sell bacteriostatic water?

Yes, as a laboratory reconstitution supply. See the product page.

Returns and legal

Can I return an order?

Returns are limited because these are temperature-sensitive materials we cannot restock once they leave our custody. We accept incorrect items, damage on arrival, batches below specification and confirmed lost parcels. Full conditions are on the returns page.

How long do refunds take?

We submit the refund within [X] business days of authorising a claim, then card networks typically add [5-10] business days. Details in the refund policy.

Can you advise on dosing or administration?

No. We supply research materials and are not healthcare providers. We will not advise on dosing, administration, or protocols involving living subjects, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Are these products approved by Health Canada?

No. None of these compounds is approved for human or veterinary use, and none holds a Drug Identification Number or Natural Product Number. They are supplied as reference materials for laboratory research only.

How is my personal information handled?

See the privacy policy, which sets out what we collect, who processes it and your rights under PIPEDA.
