Before you write to us

Including these details in your first message lets us resolve most enquiries in a single reply rather than a back-and-forth over several days:

  • Your order number, if the question concerns an order.
  • The compound and batch identifier shown on the vial label.
  • For damage or shortages, clear photographs of the vial, its label and the outer packaging.
  • For tracking questions, the tracking number from your dispatch email.
  • For bulk enquiries, the compound, quantity and the timeframe you are working to.

Business hours and holidays

We answer enquiries [HOURS, e.g. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET], excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Messages that arrive outside those hours are queued and answered on the next business day in the order received.

Order dispatch also pauses on statutory holidays. If a holiday falls in the middle of the week, expect processing and transit to run one to two days longer than the estimates on the shipping page. We do not dispatch on weekends.

What happens after you write

Every message is read by a person who can look up your order and your batch. There is no ticket queue and no outsourced support desk, which is why we ask for the details above rather than routing you through a form that collects them one at a time.

Straightforward questions about stock, shipping status or documentation are usually answered in the first reply. Anything involving a condition claim, a return authorisation or a refund needs the photographs and batch identifier before we can assess it, so supplying those up front removes a full round trip.

What we cannot help with

We supply research materials and cannot give medical, veterinary or scientific advice. Our team will not advise on dosing, administration, protocols involving living subjects, or the treatment of any condition, and cannot comment on whether a compound is suitable for use in a person or animal. This is not evasiveness, it is the boundary of what a materials supplier is qualified and permitted to speak to. Please see the disclaimer.

We also cannot advise on whether a given compound may lawfully be imported into, or possessed in, your jurisdiction. That determination rests with you and, where relevant, your institution.

Response times

We aim to answer email within [X] business days. During periods of high volume, or around Canadian statutory holidays, replies may take longer. If you have not heard from us within [X] business days, please check your spam folder before following up, as automated replies are sometimes filtered by institutional mail servers in particular.

Wholesale and institutional supply

For quantities beyond the catalogue listing, or for recurring supply to a laboratory or institution, email fluxpeptides@gmail.com with the compound, quantity and timeframe you need. We will come back with availability, pricing and lead time. Where a purchase order, vendor onboarding or a supplier questionnaire is required, say so in your first message and we will work to your process.

If something goes wrong

If you are not satisfied with how an enquiry was handled, reply to the same thread and ask for it to be escalated. Keeping it on the original thread preserves the history and avoids you having to repeat yourself. We would rather hear about a problem directly than have it go unresolved.

How we handle what you send us

Messages and any attachments you send are retained alongside your order record so that a later enquiry can be answered in context. We do not use enquiry data for marketing without your consent. Full detail on what we collect, how long we keep it and your rights under Canadian privacy law is set out in the privacy policy.
